Our priority is the safety of our staff and you our customers,

  • By the Rostrum and Payment area we would like the number to people to be kept to a minimum, and ask that with all vehicle procedures that only the buyer or seller attend that area.
  • As the vehicles are being driven through, it is Company Policy that the drivers have been instructed to lock the doors and have windows closed, this is for the safety of our staff.

We offer a great selection of cars in any price range. Lots of vehicles are direct from Main Agents and independent garages, private individuals, trade and Company vehicles. Vehicles that are Direct from Main Agents etc.

Arrive in plenty of time and get a catalogue to give you all the details regarding the vehicles entered.

Sale Day Viewing is from 2pm.

Every vehicle has a window sticker displayed, this gives you information regarding the vehicle and the documents held, the majority of vehicles are sold with the V5 or green slip, but if there is no V5 then this is indicated and it is the purchasers responsibility to apply for the V5.

Always check the window sticker before the vehicle is sold even if you have a catalogue, just in case there has been an amendment made to the details.

  • ID IS REQUIRED EVERY TIME FOR REGISTRATION. Photographic ID is required. You will need to provide valid photographic ID. UK Driving licence or passport with utility bill showing your personal or business address. Failure to produce this form of ID will result in the buyer paying an extra £10 on the usual indemnity rate (this applies to both trade and private buyers). 
  • Deposit required at the fall of the hammer, minimum of £200 or 10% of the sale price whichever is the greatest. If it is a provisional sale, that cannot be agreed your deposit will be refunded.
  • Bank Transfer is the preferred payment option.  It is also the cheapest option for you as a buyer.
  • All payments above £7000 can only be taken by Bank Transfer.  We will no longer take cash or card  payments in excess of £7,000. 
  • Sold AS SEEN. ALL vehicles sold at our auctions are 'Sold as Seen' and may not be rejected under any circumstances. Any defects, mechanical or otherwise are accepted as Conditions of purchase.  There is no rejection or cancellation possibility whatsoever after purchase.  All vehicles are sold AS SEEN unless otherwise stated.
  • **WITH TRIAL SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT**.  Sold "With Trial". Only vehicles of a certain age limit can be sold “With Trial” check with staff the age limitation. If you decide to buy a vehicle with an end of sale trial, you have up to one hour after the sale is agreed to query the description of the vehicle and any faults not disclosed. The vehicle can only be rejected on major mechanical defects, i.e. the engine - the gearbox - the clutch - the brakes - the steering - transmission - certain electrical components. Together with our engineer you check the vehicle within the time frame, should there be an issue with the vehicle, we will contact the seller to negotiate an adjustment to the price if possible or the sale can be cancelled. Remember you only have one hour after the sale is agreed.
